Human nations are not always well led, and that is common among wise creatures. However, good advice is the treatment for bad leadership. When it goes wrong, good leadership is the answer.
The Covid19 pandemic is not going to trouble Earth too much longer; there are already treatments made, and several of the will be found efficacious. The foolishness pandemic, however... well.
This would be quite a long answer; I could write three or four large books on the subjects of peacemaking and leadership. The simplest way to undo the evil is to reduce polarization between factions of the civilized group - and that is best done through exposure of ideas to each of the sides' members. Familiarity only breeds contempt where evil has a tongue to whisper it.
I have been concerned about human justice myself, because every guardian of holy things has been challenged lately.
I will say this - pray, watch, and learn. And pray some more. Activism is good, especially the quiet activism we call "neighborliness". But be, as always, on guard against those would would destroy the people to maximize control or wealth; these two motivations are the signs of what certain Watchers call "people-eaters", and they are bad for civilization if allowed to go far. A little control is necessary, and wealth is proper as part of trade. Excess want leads always to poverty, however.
I will close with a promise: I am moving, as are many Powers, to an accord on the subject of human survival and goodness. We have a tentative agreement, but the objections remaining are quite forceful. Among them, humanity acts before thinking and uses everything as its own property. I find that humans, being variable, still do this often, and it does give me pause. But I promise, if I can help humanity to survive without being led by Evil, I will. Human justice is also justice.
