A channeled message from Diana
I am Diana, whom most of you know as Goddess of the Hunt among Greek and Roman worshipers.
I am also a dragon. As a dragon I go by the Sanskrit name Maratha, meaning Shadowy. This is a reference to my regular need to hide who and what I truly am.
With the draconic alloy well and truly underway, it is now time for me to reveal myself. I am going to tell you all a story. Zeeth has granted an opportunity for me to tell this story, and permission to use his body as the channel by which I transfer this knowledge to you who read it in days to come.

In the days of Titans, the gods who came before us, I was happy to talk with the Titan Aestram, whose name means Easterly, about what it is like to build a world you cannot keep. You see, the Titans were there as the dinosaurs' ancestors, and after the large rain of cometary material which destroyed their best and brightest opportunities, we were invited to come and help the largest species evolve into a better form.
As is known, we chose instead some of the smallest, mammals. Our reasoning was that mammalian physiology was much more adaptable than the larger reptiles and sea creatures of the age; and the Titans actually agreed once we explained. All they wanted after their children were dead was to have a healthy, well-populated world.
Some of those Titans are still with us, though Aestram has moved on and is going well in the Pleiades. Ganesha is one of them. His true form is in fact an elephant, but earlier it was a dromeosaur, and before that a plesiosaurid. In the early times, I would speak with her (at the time Ganesha was feminine) about womanhood and what it would mean to incarnate. I explained what it means when mammals menstruate, and in return she explained what egg-laying was like, something I had refused to experience for myself.
I tell you these things because they are relevant to the state of Earth now. A few of you already understand, but the explosion which ended our dragons' world is the cause of Earth's transition between dinosaurs and mammals. The shockwave from that explosion has continued to resonate on the surface of the Local Bubble, and in passing through that explosion, Sol's Oort clouds lost a number of larger objects, either ejected entirely or falling inward to impact nearly every world quite heavily.
And I also tell you this because the Titans are not the enemies of the gods, but our friends, companions, and workmates. In a few places, some of us desired to move in early, and thus battles occurred in which Titans were chased away; particularly Ireland, Greece, and the northern Scandinavian region from which Norse Germanic culture flourished. This is why there were such strong cultures of war in these areas.
In the Middle East, war arose primarily as a means of acquiring grazing and watering grounds, because the advancement of desertification was already a major issue. This is how the god known as YHWH managed to gain ascendancy: he promised power to those who followed him, and ready sources of water and food for men and beasts.
Now for the difficult part. You see, that god did something abhorrent to the rest of us: during a time of peace, he struck down his wife and tore her in half, then took over his pantheon. Worse than Saturn devouring his children (a myth based on a spell gone awry which turned several of his non-sapient constructs into souls), YHWH murdered two other gods in the process of subjugation.
This is why the Hebrews were told to cut down their Asura poles and deny the existence of any other god. The Asura are known in Greek as the genius loci, and originally the Hebrews were like any other pantheistic group. Monotheism flourished, however, as the pantheon now worked together to subjugate the land in the name of their new king.
After that, the Jewish peoples were accorded a place of permanency in the Heavenly Record and otherwise left to themselves to regulate; this satisfied YHWH, named Jehu, who thereafter took measures to ensure his own determined privacy and security. He did not promise not to conquer us, but instead said he would look after his people.
This is where I happen to have resumed stalking the woods instead of attempting to help horses and deer evolve greater intelligence. I took up the name Maratha and hid as a dragonlike shadow. During this time, I found that anyone who discovered me would see my human form instead of the shape I took; and after questioning others, found that Jehu was at the root of it, searching out those who were hidden so they could not work against him.
In response, I took to killing those who discovered me when I was in hiding. This is what built the reputation that I was protecting my naked body -- in actuality I was protecting my very existence. The spirits of those who discovered me were bound to silence at my godly command so that Jehu could not track me down through them. I have been releasing these persons, these souls, from their binding after the event of crystallization. There are quite a lot of them!
This is a very interesting time, in the sense of that old Chinese saying, and I would be remiss if I did not beg forgiveness of my former and current worshipers for not telling you the truth. I was in continuous fear for my welfare, my emotional and physical health. Yes, even gods and spirits can fear for their physical health; I do tend to incarnate irregularly as my duties and desires dictate.
(Note from Z: Gods incarnate, but that doesn't mean that those incarnate reveal themselves to anyone. So yes, a god could indeed be someone you know, or they could be a stranger in the crowd. This is one of the ways that gods test the peoples of the world and find those worthy of better -- but not the only way!)
Speaking of my desires, I am no virgin. What I am is choosy and self-loving enough to be careful about sharing myself excessively. I am, in a word, prudent, not a prude! So feel free to enjoy life, sex, love, play, and all the aspects of humanity which you have already written into you! I enjoy them as well.
Finally, we come to the major reason that I reveal all of this now: We, the female gods of Earth, have agreed among ourselves to form a womens' council. Any feminine-identified person is welcome to speak with us before our council, learn from us, and associate with us. Each member may have her own personal requirement for worshipers, but in our council we are equals. This is to balance the overburden which male supremacy has loaded on the species, forcing women to deny our right to speak and work and associate as we need and desire.
Sophia, the god whom Jehu attempted to destroy, is now whole. Oiloa, the dragon god who IS the world of our species origin, is nearly so. I myself no longer fear his revenge. The loas and master spirits of Africa, including Nana and Yemoja, have also sworn to aid and protect us if necessary. Thus womankind will now take her rightful place among the ranks of humanity. There will be no harmful action taken against the gender as a whole, nor will the destructive patterns humankind has built around itself be allowed to persist!
