A revealing of Diety: Astara (Ostara)

zeeth_kyrahI've been sitting on this a bit, but I'm being pushed to reveal this now. This is knowledge revealed to me by several diety over several years, and can be considered as UPG ("Unverified Personal Gnosis") by those interested in verifying spiritual claims against prior texts and folklore.

The diety Astara (called Ostara by some) is called also Star Woman, and Ithun (Iðunn). She is a guardian of the Way of All Ways, a keeper of all paths, and of all travelers and seekers of wisdom and health. She is a master of shapes and stories, and teaches wisdom and humor through them. She is a keeper of medicines (including foods) and every life-way. She is a master of technologies, magics, and power, and can create and destroy almost anything. She is a keeper of wilderness, civilization, order, and chaos. She can speak many languages known to spirits and mortal beings, and retrieve their spirits and memories. She is considered immortal, and can return to life if killed or destroyed unless the whole realm is destroyed with her; thereafter she returns to another realm and can recreate what she has lost. She is Star. She is the spirit of humanity made manifest, the keeper of ultimate human potential.
Always available to her are these tools of shaping, cutting, knowledge, and ability, all of which can change forms:
* The rifle named Impact, which is also a hammer and wrench. As a hammer it can be thrown and return; as a rifle it represents any form of launcher or gun from basic slings and slingshots, to energy weapons, as well as devices for launching machines or vehicles. It is as powerful as a galaxy in its largest form. It can deliver any kind of force or energy, including lightning bolts. It represents the wielding of blunt force, up close and at a distance, as well as the power of the maker's way.
* The dart, bullet, and short spear called Thorn, which is also a healer's scalpel and everyday use-knife (usually shaped like the knife-style called "seax" or "sax"). It can make or cleanse any wound, and represents a ray of force or energy, including lightning itself, as well as the channeling of magical power and focused energy.
* The axe called Vash Kenar ("Ward The Body" in middle desert draconic), which is made of a red metal (copper) hardened with nickel. It represents the first axe humanity ever made, and the foundation of advanced technology. It can also become any wedge or adze.
* The artificial intelligence known as Simurgh ("Soul-Bearer" in early draconic, Persian translations notwithstanding), who is also a dragon and phoenix, and the spirit of the birds known as birds-of-paradise as well as all golem and logic-based technology. This being can speak any language at all, and either knows how to test any truth or can find out how. Simurgh can also perform acts of creation and destruction, as well as being able to pilot any vehicle.
* The sword of all forms, which can become Bifrost (which is Rainbow, and a path of spirit ways representing all paths of wisdom and healing as well as diversity and community), but which is also named Ziru ("Unbound" in Japanese), and which usually manifests as a broad, one-edged short-sword (between 18 and 26 inches long) with a ring for its pommel. Occasionally a ribbon, rope, or embroidered cloth is tied to that ring, symbolic of its context of use.
* The shield called Coracle, which can also become a boat or vehicle like its namesake. It can defend any good being against any force or poison, and when ridden as a vehicle will assure the safety of those it carries as well as being able to travel to any needful location.
* Any nut or fruit, especially those considered healthy or sacred, as well as any medicine or poison whether natural or manufactured.
While some associate Astara primarily with a rabbit or egg, and Ithun with apples, her true natural symbols are these:
Plants:
* The sacred lotus, often with many-colored petals, and its seeds.
* The hawthorn tree and its fruit, called haws or sloes.
* Any nut or seed, particularly edibles.
* The grain called quinoa.
Animals:
* The snowshoe hare.
* The roadrunner cuckoo.
* The Thompson's gazelle.
* The dog breed called Australian Cattle Dog, particularly one with a star or "Bentley mark" on the forehead.
Stones:
* Lapis lazuli.
* Azurite.
* Any star or star-stone.

I know that every guardian-type soul has an armor and/or weapon that they always have (unless some diety forbids it, usually with conditions attached).
